A Hotel Self Check-In / Check-Out Kiosk has to do much more than check a guest in.

A typical project may need to combine:

• Passport / ID Scanning

• Driver licence / ID Reading

• Touch Display

• EMV / POS Payment

• Bill Recycling

• Coin Recycling

• Room Card Issuing

• Card Collection / Recycling

• QR / Barcode Scanning

• NFC

• Camera

• Receipt Printing

The real engineering challenge is not adding more modules.

It is creating a kiosk where all of those functions feel simple and natural to the guest.

The layout, screen height, module position, accessibility, maintenance access and overall footprint all matter.

At SZ KYT, we work with hotel technology companies and system integrators to develop customized Hotel Self Check-In / Check-Out Kiosk.

If you were designing a hotel kiosk today, which module would you prioritize first?

Hotel Self Check-In / Check-Out Kiosks we manufacture have been successfully deployed in hotels and inns across Europe, the Americas, Australia, Asia, and many other countries and regions, and have received widespread praise from our customers.
